These terms and conditions govern the use of our website www.micelium.es and the booking of coworking services at our premises at Calle Vergel nº10, ground floor, Dénia, Alicante 03700. By accessing and using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions.

1. Booking of Coworking Services

1.1. Booking of Spaces: Users may book coworking spaces through our website. Bookings are subject to availability.

1.2. Payment of Bookings: Bookings are paid online by credit card or other payment methods available on our website.

2. User Responsibility

2.1. Users are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information when making a booking through our website.

2.2. Users must respect the rules and regulations of Micelium Coworking Space during their stay at our premises.

3. Intellectual Property

3.1. All intellectual property rights relating to the website and its content, including but not limited to texts, graphics, logos, images and software, are owned by Micelium Coworking Space or its licensors.

4. Applicable Law

4.1. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Spain, and any dispute relating to them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Spain.

6. Changes

6.1. Micelium Coworking Space reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Changes take effect once published on our website.

By booking coworking services at Micelium Coworking Space through our website, you accept these terms and conditions in full. We recommend that you review them regularly to stay informed of any changes.

7. Refunds

7.1 Bookings at Micelium Coworking can be cancelled with a full refund provided the cancellation is made at least 5 hours before the start of the service; in that case, the space will also be released.

Cancellations made less than 5 hours in advance are not eligible for a refund and the amount paid will be retained.

8. Issues during use

8.1. If any issue arises during the booking with the space or the services included (internet connection, air conditioning, access, furniture…), the user must report it at the time, via WhatsApp or by calling 685581422, so that we can fix it while the booking is still in progress: switching Wi-Fi network, wired connection, change of room or any other measure.

8.2. Internet connection: every space has two independent Wi-Fi networks with the same login details, shown on the sticker in the room, as well as a wired connection with adapters next to the sockets. Micelium does not guarantee the connection against provider outages or against problems caused by the user's own devices, software or virtual private networks (VPNs).

8.3. The service is deemed provided once the user accesses the booked space. Issues that are not reported during use, and which we have therefore been unable to check or fix, do not give the right to a later refund.

8.4. If an issue reported in time and attributable to Micelium could not be fixed, we will compensate the user with the equivalent time or with voucher credit for a future booking.

8.5. Nothing in this section limits the rights granted to the user under consumer protection law.
